is the lead Heavy Equipment instructor at Mingo Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. Jason is a third-generation union heavy equipment operator and a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers for more than two decades, with experience working on numerous projects in Missouri and Illinois. In his role, Jason is proud to work alongside a team that offers innovative training in GPS grade control technology and an entry-level driver training program for students pursuing their commercial driver’s license.

A union carpenter for more than two decades, Kenny has experience installing drywall, metal stud framing and acoustic ceilings. He learned carpentry from his father and grandfather, and he enjoys the opportunity to pass his skills along to students.

is one of Mingo Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center’s Carpentry instructors, with more than 15 years of experience in the field, and is a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Coming from a family of union carpenters, Jamey loves teaching students the skills they need to open doors to great career opportunities. 

Shawn Gramlisch - Bricklaying - Mingo Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center

Shawn Gramlisch

is a Brick Masonry instructor at Mingo Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center and a member of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers for more than two decades. A fourth-generation bricklayer, Shawn is trained in blueprint reading, job site supervision, and brick, block and stone installation, and is OSHA-certified.

Chris Dover - Bricklaying - Mingo Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center

Chris Dover

is a Brick Masonry instructor at Mingo Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center and a member of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers and the International Masonry Institute (IMI). Chris holds numerous certifications in his field, including OSHA 500, Scaffold Safety, Mast Climber and IMI Green Craft, and is an IMI-certified instructor.

Steven Hunt - Urban Forestry - Great Onyx Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center

Steven Hunt

is Great Onyx Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center’s Urban Forestry instructor. He is a second-generation arborist with over a decade of experience in the field. Beginning his career trimming and removing trees from powerlines, Steven eventually advanced to journeyman class A foreman, certifying him to train new arborists. He enjoys the opportunity to make a difference in his field and in the lives of students through his role as instructor.

Charles Cole

is the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Carpentry instructor at Great Onyx Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. He brings almost three decades of experience in the field to his classroom, helping students learn and find their career paths. Charles is happily married with five children.
